3. Always keep my home clean, clutter-free and cozy

With the implementation of MCO, our home environment plays a vital role in keeping our sanity. Most of us are required to work from home; students are no exception. Students are given the instruction to study from home. With this, everyone needs a functional physical home setting for their work and study commitment during MCO.

I cannot emphasized more on the importance of keeping a home clean, clutter-free and cozy. A clean environment is essential for the health and well-being of our entire family. Messy, dusty and cluttered homes can make us more susceptible to allergies, flu and breathing problems. Besides, the clutter of our living space can increase our stress and anxiety level. Cleanliness and neatness are interrelated; these two elements are pre-requisites of a cozy home. An organized space enables easy daily cleaning and minimizes the spread of germs. A cluttered space will demotivate us from carrying out the cleaning routines. For instance, when you see a room full of goodies, boxes and clutters all over the floor, your will power to sweep and mop the floor will be melted within 0.55 second.

So the moral of the story: get organized with your living space; do the cleaning routine frequently and consistently. A cozy home is surely yours to own.
